David has over 30 years experience in the resources investment sector. David was a partner and director of several ASX securities firms, including Clarke & Co, and he has also held directorships at TA Securities and Hudson Securities.
Between 2002 and 2009 he was Executive Chairman of Martin Place Securities (MPS), a boutique investment firm specialising in resource and energy companies. At MPS, David concentrated his efforts on capital raisings and corporate advisory.
In late 2009, David founded Dayton Way Financial, a investment company that specialises in emerging resource and energy companies. Dayton Way provides corporate finance, investment research and stockbroking services.
Stephen is an investment banker with over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Stephen was awarded the Cutler, Hughes and Harris Prize in 1985 by the Securities Institute of Australia for excellence in the subject of securities industry law. He is currently a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).
Since 2003, Stephen has participated in raising capital for a number of successful mining and exploration companies, including Petroleum Exploration Australia Ltd, which was taken over by Queensland Gas Company (BG Group), Admiralty Resources NL (ASX: ADY) and Murchison Metals Ltd (ASX: MMX).
Years of doing business in China has equipped Stephen with the experience needed to face the challenges in a uniquely different and rapidly changing environment. Stephen does not just speak Chinese; he has developed a deeper and more sophisticated understanding of contemporary China, by being there on the ground, meeting people and building relationships. In China, not much of importance happened without the involvement in some way of the Government and the Party. Stephen has carefully cultivated close ties to government and party officials.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (with Distinction).
Before joining a US Forest Products Group as the Marketing Director for China, Lisa worked for the Bank of China in Shanghai. Since 2005 she has been providing financing and investment solutions to Chinese State-owned companies, private companies and high net-worth entrepreneurs. Lisa brings with her a wealth of knowledge on doing business in China.
Darrel holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, CPA Australia and the Taxation Institute of Australia. He is also a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.
Darrel is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in the accounting profession, having worked for both large and mid-sized accounting firms. Over 10 years ago, he established his own chartered accounting practice, providing business and strategic advice to a variety of industries. Darrel's professional interests include financial reporting, corporate governance and tax consulting issues.
